The rules that govern your use of Teach-Wayz.

1. Introduction

Teach-Wayz is a software service that helps independent teachers organize their students, lessons, invoices and the payments they receive. It is operated by Jean-Paul Kevin Wahi, sole proprietor. By creating an account or using Teach-Wayz, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & Payment

Teach-Wayz is billed at USD $17.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed by our approved payment provider (Merchant of Record). It issues invoices, collects applicable VAT/taxes, and handles payment processing. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

Teach-Wayz is intended for the personal professional use of the teacher who owns the account. You may not resell access to the service, abuse account sharing, or use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data (profile, students, lessons, payments you record) is stored via Firebase (Google Cloud). Details are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Teach-Wayz, you also confirm that you comply with applicable laws regarding your students' and parents' data.

5. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to hello@teachwayz.com. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of Terms violations, abusive use, or non-payment.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address linked to your account. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
