1. Free trial

Teach-Wayz offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

2. Refund policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. Just write to hello@teachwayz.com. After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to hello@teachwayz.com. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid. No further charges are made afterward.

4. Processed by our payment provider

Our approved payment provider (Merchant of Record) processes Teach-Wayz payments and refunds under its terms and applicable tax rules.
