How Teach-Wayz collects and protects your data.

1. Data collected

We collect in particular: • Teacher identity: name, email, profile information • Business data: students, families, sessions, packs, notes • Payment data: handled by our approved payment provider (Merchant of Record) (we do not store card numbers)

2. How we use data

We use your data to: • Provide and improve lesson management and billing • Operate subscriptions and support • Send service-related communications (reminders, notifications, transactional emails)

3. Data storage

Application data is stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud), with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Files (e.g. logos) may be stored in Firebase Storage depending on features used.

4. Third parties

We use providers to operate the service: • Our approved payment provider (Merchant of Record) — payments • Anthropic — AI-assisted content generation • Resend — email delivery • Sentry — monitoring and error diagnostics These providers process data only as needed for their services.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

Teach-Wayz uses cookies / local storage required for session and preferences (e.g. language). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
